Cancellation of Orders
According to Spanish law on e-commerce, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without providing any reason. To exercise your right to cancellation, please contact us at hello@nannybebes.com. If the order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and provide a full refund.
Returns and Refunds
- Returns: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt of the products. The products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Return Process: the product has to be return by postal services, the return shipping costs will be at your expense. A valid tracking number must be provided to our Customer Support with the original invoice in attachement at support@nannybebes.com.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

- Payments: We use Stripe Payment Solutions, Apple Pay and Google Pay (including 3D encryption method) to ensure the secure processing of payments made by cards. Your payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely by the latest international standards.
